• I purchased this program because its great!

I am having trouble with the appearance though.

the “select” button gets cut-off at about half way through the text. I tried changing the size in the size section.. everything.

Nothing i try to do with the appearance seems to work in general. Layouts never look right, etc. Sizes dont change when i change them, when i start moving layout around i end up loosing buttons and things completely!!! If they aren’t laid out in the default order they tend to vanish or get cut off.

Its hard to describe the stuff its doing, but I dont want to provide the password to the page pubiclly. Im wondering if its theme related?

    any help appreciated.

    Thanks

  • Try switching to the default 2014 theme and see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, the problem is with your theme.

You can style the plugin exactly as you want using css. You can put custom css straight into the plugin’s shortcode. In order to do this efficiently you can use the Shortcode Composer.

But the Shortcode Composer is no where to be found.

The Shortcode Composer is accessed in 2 ways:

    1. Hover your mouse over the plugin. A yellow button will show up on the top-left corner of the plugin. Press it and will open a new window with the Shortcode Composer.

    2. In Dashboard go to Settings / WordPress File Upload. There you will see a list of Plugin Instances. If you added the plugin only to one page, then you will see only one instance. By pressing on “Plugin 1” you will be guided to the Shortcode Composer.

Please note that any changes you do with the Shortcode Composer and you press the “Update” button, they will be saved directly in the shortcode.
