apple iTunes won’t accept my image

    I tried podba and the cover art appears to be the major issue. My image is to spec but apple itunes still gives me the same error message: podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

    Wordpress support referred me to you guys. can you help?

    Hello @spudcaster,

    I looked at your website,it appears your web server is nginx and you have some headers referring to a system called “batcache”. It may be that nginx is caching the pages by user agent, meaning the page that keeps getting served to Apple podcasts servers is cached. Contact your web host see if there is a way to clear your server cache. Otherwise, my guess is the cache will clear in 24 hours then you can try again.

    my server has been cleared by wordpages. just tried again: still same issue.
