    Hi,

we have two sites: magped.com and magped.us

The differences are magped.com uses WPML magped.us not.

magped.us uses Aelia Currency Switcher for WooCommerce magped.com not.

We have a lot of successful Apple Pay orders on magped.com and can see that in the orders overview as “via Apple Pay”, while we do not see Apple Pay payments in the orders overview on magped.us.

When we try to pay with the Apple Pay button on a product detail page on magped.us : https://www.magped.us/shop/reflector/ we can confirm that payment in the iPhone wallet but then get redirected to the last checkout page and need to finish the order there. But then this order shows up as “via MasterCard ending in 1940”.

When we try the same on magped.com https://www.magped.com/shop/rueckstrahler/ the Apply Pay payment is successful and we get redirected immediately to the thank you page.

We checked all the Apple Pay settings in the plugin and in the Stripe account. All settings are exactly the same on both sites.

Hope you have any idea why on magped.us we do not get to the thank you page immediately when doing a Apple Pay payment.

    kind regards

    Hi @paulwessiack

we can confirm that payment in the iPhone wallet but then get redirected to the last checkout page and need to finish the order there.

The Stripe plugin is designed to redirect the customer to the checkout page if a required field is missing a value. If that value can’t be provided for by the Apple Wallet, then the customer must be redirected to the checkout page where they can populate that field.

If you go to the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page there will be a wc-stripe log file that will contain additional information about the field that was required but didn’t have a value provided.

    Kind Regards
