Apple Pay Button Not Fully Loading

  • I run a small WooCommerce site for my record label. I’ve used Stripe plugin with Apple Pay support since the beginning with mostly no issues. I noticed today however that the actual Apple Pay button is not drawing. Instead, it draws a 1px wide vertical black line. I’ve tried on multiple iPhones/Macs on multiple different networks and all show the same result.

    When I run Safari’s Web Inspector, I see that some requests to resources at js.stripe.com and m.stripe.network just spin and spin and never time out or receive responses. It appears these may be the resources needed to actually make the button draw.

    I’ve opened a ticket with WooCommerce Support which is still sitting open. I’ve also contacted Stripe Support who claim it to be a WooCommerce Plugin issue and not a Stripe issue. Is anyone else seeing this issue, or has seen it before?
