Hey guys I currently have a coming soon page active, but I have tested this without the coming soon page and still nothing.

The apple pay button only works on private safari both desktop and mobile.

I have verified my domain in stripe

I am using Astra and Elementor….pretty basic.

  • Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out!

To clarify, your Apple Pay button does appear, but only if you’re using private browsing?

Can you please disable your coming soon page so we can take a look?

Hey. Yes sorry I put NOW instead of NOT in the title of my post.

It doesn’t appear as though the apple pay button is working outside of private browsing.

Also, how do I include the apple pay button on the checkout page and not just the cart page?

Let me know when you are going to look and I’ll remove the coming soon page. I will watch this thread.

    Hi @jameslucas12

We’ve seen this happen a number of times in the past and it depends on the format you’ve added the URL as on this page – https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payments/apple_pay

This requires the exact way your URL loads, so if the site loads with www, include that. If it doesn’t, remove it.

Also, how do I include the apple pay button on the checkout page and not just the cart page?

Sure, this is possible with some custom code – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#show-payment-request-button-checkout-page

I hope this helps, have a great day!

    Thanks,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

Sorry, Still not working. Also the Apple pay option has added a weird -or- on mobile especially safari on the product page in between the count number and the add to cart button.

Thanks Dougaitken, but I tried what you are talking about first. I don’t EVER make websites with the WWW anymore. Does anyone?
