Hi, we’ve enabled Apple Pay on the WooCommerce > Settings > Stripe configuration screen.

And we’ve tried both WooCommerce/Automattic Store Front theme and Shoptimizer theme. On both themes, the Apple Pay buttons are not appearing anywhere.

We have a valid Stripe account that we are collecting $ with real orders every day. Do we need to open a ticket with Stripe to be authorized on Apple Pay separately?

    Hi @neochrome,

To see the Apple Pay button, you need to do more than enable Express Checkout. You need to configure other settings, like verifying your domain with Apple Pay. I suggest you follow our comprehensive guide on how to enable and configure Apple Pay here: https://woo.com/document/stripe/#apple-pay

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

I got on with Stripe Support on chat they helped me figure it out. You have to make sure your sites are added to the Managed (Registered) Domains in the Stripe Merchant Dashboard.

There are both a regular Managed Domains and an Apple Pay specific one but supposedly they are deprecating the Apple Pay one but I still added it in case that made a difference.

Where Stripe Support told me to de-activate and re-activate (and save settings each time) in the Apple Pay settings in the Stripe plugin is when it finally started working.

The Apple Pay button now appears on both Shoptimzier (CommerceGurus) and WooCommerce Storefront themes now.
