Thank you for the System Status Report.

Nothing obvious stands out from the report apart from the outdated WordPress version as well as the WooCommerce database version.

What happens if you attempt to pay for an order via Apple Pay? Do you see the same error, or is this specific to some customers?

Yes, I am waiting a bit to update WP, to be sure there are no conflicts with current plugins, probably will get to it next week.

I don’t have an Apple phone, so I can’t test for myself. Both yesterday two customers tried to buy paying via Apple Pay. With both customers several orders were placed with the same info (2 and 3 respectively), and got the following order notes:

– Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.
– A payment of $52.43 failed. We couldn’t verify the postal code in the billing address. If the issue persists, suggest the customer to reach out to the card issuing bank.

If you have any device with the Safari browser installed you could test this, it doesn’t only have to be on a mobile device.

Additionally, do you have logging turned on for WooCommerce Payments? If you don’t will you please enable logging in the settings and then please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
