Apple Pay / Google Pay not visible

I understand you’re having trouble with Apple Pay & Google Pay visibility on your site.

Just curious, did you already have a chance to try activating a default WordPress theme, like?Storefront, and see if the issue persists?

Should the issue persist, I recommend only having WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway as the active plugins and check if Apple Pay / Google Pay are displayed correctly.

Hello, I’ve just tried using the default theme and deactivating all the other plugins, but I still can’t see a button on my iphone ??

1. System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
2. Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Both Apple Pay and Google Pay use browser—and device-specific technologies. For example, Apple Pay requires Safari on MacOS or iOS, while Google Pay works on Chrome browsers. If you’re using a different browser or device, the buttons may not appear as expected. A current list of supported devices and browsers can be found at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208531.

I checked your website and I couldn’t see the express checkout options either.

Can you please share a screenshot of what you see on WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Express Checkout > Customize?

Also, have you tried reinstalling Woo/Stripe?

Yes, not running a full database clean-up or anything, just deleting the plugins and downloading them again. This won’t delete any data you have ??

I am trying to go through the checkout process on your site but there is a restriction for unregistered users.

Could you enable checkout for all users?
