    Hi,

So I’ve been using the plugin for a couple of months now and it’s working smoothly. However, just recently, Apple Pay stopped showing. So I tried on your demo page just to try and figure out what could be the cause, if it’s the plugin or maybe just the cache.

I tried it on your demo website, and it doesn’t show when you’re NOT in incognito. But when IN incognito, it shows, no fail.

I’m not sure if it could be Safari/Apple’s fault on this but could you also check if you can replicate this?

If it helps, the version of iOS I am currently on is iOS 14.4

    Hi @zsaqadra,

Apple Pay shows for me on the demo site using my device. Make sure you have a valid credit card saved in the Apple Wallet of your device per the plugin’s documentation.

    Kind Regards,

Okay, but I’m curious, I don’t have my Apple Pay setup but it shows in incognito. Why is that?

    @zsaqadra,

Apple Pay always shows up in incognito. That is an aspect of Apple Pay and Safari and not related to the plugin.

    Hello,

So I let someone try with Apple Wallet setup, and accessed the demo website. He sent me a screenshot that Apple Pay is not showing in the demo.

There are other factors to consider; for example what country is the person who tested from? The demo site currency is USD but if that person’s credit card does not support USD you won’t see Apple Pay.

My Apple wallet is set up with credit cards that can accept USD and therefore I see the Apple Pay button without any issues.

    Kind regards

He is from Singapore, and has purchased from a website that has USD currency using Apple Pay.

The logic for rendering Apple Pay is universal so Stripe is returning an indicator that the button cannot be rendered.

I am confident this has nothing to do with the plugin.

I can link a screenshot showing Apple Pay rendering for me if you like.

It’s also worth mentioning that nothing has changed in the code related to Apple Pay in the last couple of versions.

    Kind regards,
