Apple pay not showing

    Hi! I have a problem with woopayments payment. I turned on Google Pay and Apple Pay payment methods and it only showed up everywhere with Google Pay. I care more about displaying Apple Pay. Can I ask for help?

  • Just a thought, but have you tested this on an Apple device? I think the plugin shows the payment option based on device information, so will only display Google Pay if using Chrome or Google Pay enabled device etc.

    I understand you want Apple Pay to show up for your customers. What @waterworks901 mentioned was actually correct (thanks for suggesting it).

    Just to add more details to make sure Apple Pay option shows up:

    • Apple Pay will show up only on Safari browsers on devices that support it (like iPhone, iPad, or Mac). Here’s a list of devices: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102896
    • Verify that you have the latest version of WooCommerce Payments and your domain is registered within the Apple Pay settings.
    • The customer’s device must have a card added to their Apple Wallet for the option to appear.
