    hi there does anyone know why my Google pay wouldn’t be working? Its ticked in woocommerce payments.

    A Customer tried purchasing today via Google pay and when the customer approved it, it just remained the same screen.

    Are other payment methods via WooPayments working correctly?

    Did this issue happen with only one customer? Have you tested to see if you can replicate it?

    I see you have outdated versions of WooCommerce, WooPayments and others.

    We recommend keeping everything updated. Regularly updating everything helps maintain your site’s security, performance, and compatibility while ensuring you benefit from the latest features and improvements.

    So please update WooCommerce, WooPayments, your theme, as well as any other plugin that has a newer version.

    After updating everything, please run a test order (in test mode) to check if the issue persists and let us know how it goes ??

    unfortunately its still not working after I did updates…Did a test there but once I hit pay now. the pop up disappeared and I stayed on the same page and I wasn’t charged.

    Sorry to hear you’re still having trouble with the payment process on your site.

    As you’ve already tried the steps suggested by my colleague, I would recommend running a conflict test as a next step.

    I recommend you to try the following steps:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WooPayments and see if the problem persists. If it’s resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the culprit.

    2. Switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and test the checkout. If it works, the issue might be with your theme.

    Please be sure to run these tests on a staging site to avoid messing with your live store.
