Hello,

Recently I have updated the Stripe and WooCommerce app to the newest version. After the update I have noticed that the Apple Pay is not working anymore.

I thought it might be a problem with some other plugin, so I disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe, however the Apple Pay still didn’t work.
I have also tried to Rollback to the previous version, but for some reason this didn’t help either.? Even more interesting is that Google pay works, but not Apple Pay.

One thing that stands out is that the Apple pay button is not visible as the preview in the “Customize express checkout” section. However this is only in Safari. In Chrome I can see a Google Pay preview button.

I would appreciate any help regarding this issue.

To assist you better could you please provide more informaiton exactly what error message you are seeing while using the Apple pay payment method? It would be great if you share the screenshot of the error you are geting while using the Apple pay payment method.

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:?
Also, make sure your are using a?compatible device for apple payment. Additionally, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Download for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please upload it to this chat.

Thank you for your quick reply.
There is no error message for the Apple pay method. The problem is that the Apple Pay button is not showing on the product page, cart or checkout.

The device I am using is compatible, as I have tried if the Apple pay shows on onther websites.

Update to my yesterday’s message.

I also get a notification “Apple Pay domain verification needed”, however file is uploaded and accessible here: https://pedpac.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid-domain-association

Any help would be appreciate, as I have tried everything.

I have discovered that the cloud flare was detecting a Stripe server as a bot. Once I have enabled the Stripe IP it work normally.
