    Hi,

I’m using Stripe Payment Gateway on my site and I have enabled the Apple Pay/Google Pay option there but after enabling that the Button s still not showing on my Product page or checkout page.

Instead of showing me the Apple Pay or Google Pay button it shows me Pay with a link button like this https://prnt.sc/34Y-vZxY14R-

When I check the official stipe document regarding to this here https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#express-checkouts even the demo link present on the document shows the same Pay with link button instead of Google Pay or Apple Pay button.

The demo store link is present on the document: https://stripe-payments-demo.appspot.com/

Can you tell me what should we need to do?

After following the document the button is still not showing on my product page as well as checkout page.

    Waiting for your reply,

    Thanks

    Hi @yogid

From your provided information, it seems like the issue could be related to the browser or device you’re using to view your site. Both Apple Pay and Google Pay use browser and device-specific technologies. For example, Apple Pay requires Safari on MacOS or iOS, while Google Pay works on Chrome browsers. If you’re using a different browser or device, the buttons may not appear as expected. A current list of supported devices and browsers can be found here.

Another possible cause could be the theme or a specific plugin installed on your site that might be interfering with the display of these buttons.

To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Check your site on a different device and browser to see if the buttons appear.
    2. Try disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce, and Stripe Gateway, and switch to a default theme like Storefront. If the buttons appear, enable each plugin one by one to identify the one causing the conflict.
    3. Ensure that your site is running on HTTPS and has a valid SSL certificate as both Apple Pay and Google Pay require this for security reasons.
    4. Ensure you’ve correctly set up the domain with Apple Pay in your Stripe Dashboard.

Please let us know if you’ve tried all these steps and the issue persists. It would be helpful if you could share a copy of your site” ‘s System Status Report with us. You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Once you have the System Status Report file, please send it with your reply.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to resolving this issue for you.

    Thanks!
