Kindly relay this information to the client, along with the list of Apple Pay compatible devices (for the full list see here); for testing again with a compatible one, should they desire.

I have checked the product page on iPhone, which shows the apply pay button on the website.

Can you open the Safari Preferences, head to Privacy and see if “Apple Pay and Apple Card” is checked?

Also, if you’re using any cache plugin, try to disable the cache plugin before rechecking it on the browser.
