Apple pay payment window etc. closes immediately

    Hi,
    I have been installing stripe on my ecommerce under development for a few weeks now, but I have a problem with Apple Pay payment methods etc. Basically everything works regularly with the test mode, but if I set live mode, when I go to click on the buttons for quick payment (eg Applepay), the dedicated screen opens and closes immediately.
    In test mode the payment window appears and I can complete the order regularly, while with live mode this payment window appears and disappears in less than a second, not allowing me to proceed with the order.
    I kindly ask for help to understand and solve the problem.

    Could you check if you are missing any steps for setting up apple pay correctly by following the instructions here.

    If you still continue to run into issues, please do enable logging and share with us the logs here. I

    Please remove any confidential information from the logs and then share them here.

    Thanks for the reply. I followed the guide you pointed out to me again, but it seems to have done everything correctly. Unfortunately, however, the Apple Pay problem remains.
    I tried to enable the Logs, but being an operation that is not completed, as only the payment screen opens and closes immediately without being able to prove the payment, it does not create any stripe log.
    I tried GooglePay from Chrome on a desktop computer and instead it seems to work, the payment window remains open and allows you to enter data and make the payment, but ApplePay does not.
    Can I privately give you the access data to take a test? Eventually if we had to solve it we also respond in this ticket to leave the solution public. I hope I can solve this problem.

    I think it would indeed be useful to have a look at this issue directly on your site.
    Please would you open a ticket from the Support Page in your WooCommerce account:https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket
    Select Stripe from the Help with my purchased products tab.

    It would save time if you could set up an admin account for us to use to login.
    You send them securely using https://quickforget.com/.
    Simply paste the link into the support ticket you opened above.
