After enabling Apple Pay on our site I’ve got a little notification appearing on the backend saying: “Apple Pay Validation Error Check Apple Server requirements page to fix it in order to make the Apple Pay button work”. I’ve seen the Apple documentation, but that doesn’t get me anywhere.

How can I resolve this? Is this something that needs to be dealt with in the Mollie.com backend or on the site itself?

    TIA

    Hi @brightsol,

Are you using the latest Mollie version 6.1.0?
In this version, we fixed some Apple Pay validation issues in certain installations.

If the issue persists with the latest version, we would like to learn a little bit more context about your site. You can share sensitive information like the WooCommerce system report in an internal support ticket with us here:

Please include a link to this thread. Thanks!

    Kind regards,

    Hey Niklas,

The plugin is at 6.1.0, so I’ll proceed as mentioned above.

    Thanks!

Not yet. Mollie support still looking into this.

I have the exact same problem. The Mollie plugin is 6.1.0 and the error is: Apple Pay Validation Error Check Apple Server requirements page to fix it in order to make the Apple Pay button work

Same problem here. The Mollie plugin is (in the meanwhile) 6.3.
I checked everything, but still the error.

Is it resolved for your sites?

We are still experiencing some weirdness. Like the button not showing up in the checkout page but do show up on product and cart page…

But the error no, the error is gone!

    Hi everyone,

Our latest update 6.3 did not yet fully address all Apple Pay validation issues that were reported to us, so some issues may remain.
But we are working on it as we speak and will provide a solution as fast as we can.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
