    Hi,
Hmm… this is a bit strange… Usually the problem is connected with the fact, that there is no audios generated for any post. In your case, there is… . You are creating WordPress pages or posts?

    Cheers,

    Hi Tomasz
Thanks for replying. I am creating posts.

Some behaviour I did notice – I am not sure if it is related: If I typed new new WP post it by default creates a new WP post block for each paragraph. But the plugin only picked up the first block. To make it work I had to use SHIFT+Enter to get new line, so all the text is in one block. Only then did the plugin pick up the whole post.

Also, the mp3 file was not available to the public so I changed the access on it and each of the folders it is in to Public. That didn’t make any difference.

I’ve managed to get it published on https://anchor.fm/ambiently

Final thought – I do not currently have an SSL certificate on the site – I have purchased one and am in the process of getting it set up…might that be the cause of the issue ?

    Any help appreciated!

    Hi,
SSL might be require by platform on which you would like to put your podcast (like iTunes) – but it’s not connected with the problem.

This is really strange case, did you try to see if there are some errors in logs?

I don’t know how to check the logs, I don’t even know where to look for them.

sorry, that was a not a question meant for me

    Hi,
The usual way is to turn on Debug mode (https://www.wpsecurityauditlog.com/wordpress-admin/enabling-wordpress-debug/) – and then turn on logging in the configuration page of the plugin. If it will work, a new file ‘debug.log’ – will be generated – and you should find there logs.

I am having this same issue.
