Anyone else experiencing problems with sliders displaying on apple devices ? Slides are working fine with desktop views and in responsive test mode on a browser, but when viewing on an Iphone they are not displaying correctly ?

Hi, is anyone else experiencing this issue on Apple devices?

I have tested sliders via the Chrome ‘Inspect Element’ Device Browser for the iPhone 4, 5 and 6 and don’t see any issues there, but I don’t own an iPhone/iPad.

rivmedia, what iPhone model are using?

    Hi Simon,

Sorry I had forgot that i had posted this. I managed to find a conflicting CSS entry from a slider we previously which had “background-attachment:fixed;” .

I believe it was used to hold the previous slider in place when scrolling. Removing that entry fixed the issue on Apple devices.

Great plugin by the way, Hopefully it stays nice and lightweight ?? , too many slider plugins get bloated out now days.

Hi. Glad you like the plugin.
Yes. I intend to keep it lightweight, which is the way I like it too ??

I’m planning on adding functionality to display content from Custom Post Types within a slider/carousel – e.g. post types created with PODS, Toolset Types etc, and even WooCommerce products. This is my next big project but I’m still fleshing out how to go about this – it might be a separate www.ads-software.com plugin, or might be a part of Slide Anything, so watch this space…
