    Hi @ambrel,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble with Apple Pay, while Google Pay is displaying just fine in your store. This is quite unusual since we’ve never had a case where Google Pay would display while the Apple Pay won’t. I’ll be happy to help you out.

First and foremost, I could notice you already have followed the troubleshooting guide, but the issue seems to persist. As a next step, are you able to confirm you’re using an eligible device?with an active Apple Wallet?

If you are, please share more details of your browser and a screenshot of your setting in WooPayments. This will help us with investigating the issue further. Also, you can include a copy of your system status report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    Hello @ckadenge

    Thank you for your reaction.

I am testing with an Eligible Apple Device – the site is live in production so you can see if anything changes when opening on different devices.

    Hi @ambrel,

Thank you for sharing further details to troubleshoot this issue. Looking at your system status report, I was able to notice you’re using outdated versions of most plugins.

In some cases, updates can help solve several issues, including payment options not displaying on your store. I would recommend you update your plugins to the latest versions and check if the issue persists.

Also, from your shared screenshot, I could notice an error under your express checkout options. Did you already have a chance to click on the learn more button to see what suggestions are there to fix the issue? If not, please click on the learn more link and check the given suggestions.

Looking forward to assisting you further.

    Hey @ambrel!

There is a new version of WooPayments available that contains a fix for this. Can you please update it and let me know if that does the trick?

    Thanks,

Thanks for looking at this. I’ve updated many plugins.

I see no major change except that the yellow notification regarding custom fields disappeared (as it was show here: https://www.kristinasipulova.com/woopayments.png)

    Hi @ambrel,

I was able to check the new system status report and could still notice some of your plugins like WooCommerce are not yet updated to the latest version. Please make sure to have all plugins updated to the latest version, this can sometimes cause issues with your payment gateway.

In this case, make sure to be running WooCommerce on version 9.3.3 and try again to see if this solves the issue.

Let us know how it goes.
