    ApplePay isn’t working on this site, when using ApplePay on checkout it goes through to processing and then reverts back to checkout page with error ‘Billing Country is not valid’ & ‘Billing Postcode Not Valid’.

    However, all is in Apple Pay account. It’s not just when I test, customers have reported it too. Please can you advise what may be causing the error?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I understand you’re having trouble with ApplePay not completing the transactions in your checkout form. Just curious, was it working correctly before? If it was, do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

    As a first step to troubleshoot this issue, could you please check if there are any errors generated under WooCommerce > Status > Logs? These can help explain where this is happening. IF any, please copy and paste them via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    After checking the errors, I would recommend switching your WooPayments to sandbox mode and make test purchases to see if they are able to complete correctly. You can find details to switching to Sandbox mode here.
