Could you try these steps to temporarily disable all plugins and revert to a default theme?

    1. Install Health Check plugin on your site
    2. Download and install Twenty Twenty-Five on your site if not installed already
    3. Go to Installed Plugins. Click Troubleshoot on WP Job Manager
    4. Try to post the Job Listing again with the URL application method
    5. Once you are done, go back to wp-admin and disable troubleshooting mode through the top bar.

@stemta & @braehler – I have been trying to replicate the issue on my site but have been unable to. For example, I am trying the URL from this thread in that field.

Can you share with us the step by step information we should try to replicate the error? A screen recording would also be great, but you’d need to upload it to something like Google Drive and then share the sharable link here (make sure that nothing private is in the recording, as this is the public forum)
