Application form default fields not loading on Ad

    Hi jhefaranal,

    Version 1.3 is a stable release and has no known issues. It seems that another plugin on your site has conflict with ApplyOnline. Try deactivating all other plugins on your site and keep only ApplyOnline active then give it a try.

    Hi,

    I have checked out the plugins and tried using ApplyOnline. The problem persists.

    Here’s some images that might help you pin-point the problem:

    1. the default settings

    2. creating a new ad

    3. front-end view

    As you can see on the first image, I’ve set the defaults on AOL settings. When I’m trying to create a new ad (image 2), the defaults was not loaded. It won’t also show on the front-end (image 3).

    I hope you can help me with this. Your plugin is so awesome and easy to use. That is why I keep on using it.

    Hi Jhefaranal

    I can see in images that default fields created as templates are not available on the ad edit screen. This is not the matter with other websites using same plugin. I have rechecked and plugin is working well.

    Can you please create a temporary user for me on your site for testing purpose??
