Application form not showing

    Just trying to get the free version set up and I can’t get the application form to display. I just get a message that says “You’re just one step away from becoming an affiliate!”
    How do I make the form display? I’m using the gutenburg block

    The form is displayed only if you are not logged in, because if you are logged in, the info is taken directly from the user, if not, a form is displayed.
