Maybe take a look at my “dirty” solution: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/email-attachments-get-lost-dirty-fix/

    Have a great day!

Hi @gogosjon , thanks for your help.

If I understand well, you chose the upload repo to store the attachment and activate GDPR?

Mmh I’m not sure I want the attachments to be saved in a not secured repo.
Right now I don’t have GDPR active, we delete the attachment manually once downloaded.

The attachment is there almost all the time, the error happens only on some applications.

Really hope it will be officially fixed in the plugin!

    Hey @carnets2routards,
the problem seems to be that the plugin is unable to save the file to the “secure location”. In your case that seems to be working fine if it works in some cases. So maybe that is a different problem….

I modified the plugin to temporarly save it to the upload folder (you can of course customize the path and secure it with a .htaccess file) ??
