application_backups

    Hi all,

    i got a message from my host that my data is at 90%+ usage so i was looking around in my FTP to see what i can clear and i found this map with the name application_backups (in the same area where my public_html is) and in that map theres a file called app_mysiteitsname-com_My-blog_2016-09-08_03-17-18.tar what is this file because it is massive and would clear up so much if i would just download this and delete it. But is this a deletable file?
