Applications not working and emails not sending

Thanks for the quick reply! Is there anyway to see which plugin or which part of the site those script errors are being called from by any chance?

Please deactivate your site plugin one by one and then see these errors on the console. If these are still there then please switch your theme to any WP Twenty theme to find the exact place of conflicted code.

If you are unable to find the conflict then we strongly recommend you please take help from a programmer.

Hi – so we deactivated all of the plugins and used the default wordpress theme… however, the applications still aren’t going through. Our developer said it’s a plugin issue. We also purchased the multiple file upload. The applications aren’t even getting stored in the wp-admin area. Please advise as we need this working asap. We love this plugin and are going to purchase more addons if we can get it to work correctly. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

As this script issue break the Job Board functionality that’s why application form is not working properly.

Yes I know because I deactivated all the plugins and switched to the default theme but the applications still didn’t work. So I turned everything back on and put the theme back because I couldn’t have the site all messed up.

We have inspected your site and it seems you are not using jQuery from WordPress but instead manually including jQuery version 1.12 which is causing conflicts. Please ask your developer to remove external jQuery and include it from WordPress. Your issue will get resolved.

Just one more question… how do I get the jobs to display full width? I have the theme settings page as full width but it looks like they aren’t? See this link:

This is because of a css conflict from your theme style.css. Your theme is styling content id. You will have to contact your developer to remove this conflict if you do not have working knowledge of css. You can also contact us on ( [email protected] ) if you want us to do this for you.

Hi i am facing same problem with my website but i am getting applications on my backend but not on email.
Plus i dont have any error on my page on console.
Plus i have jquery from wordpress itself.

In SJB plugin, applications are only submitted at the backend. If you want to get them in the email then you need to purchase our premium add-on. Please visit the plugin page to see the available list of the premium add-ons.
