appling gift card code not working

    Hi guys,

    i’ve installed your plugin (which was a smooth process) but whenever I want to use a gift card for payment as a new customer it doesn’t apply the amount.

    Maybe there is a conflict but I can’t tell which one…

    any suggestions please?

    make sure that Coupons are enabled from WooCommerce settings.

    I have the same problem, and cupons are enabled. So it isn`t just Barry that got this problem;)

    Same issue here. Coupon shows in cart and checkout, but no money is deducted.

    Same problem here so it looks like a serious issue with the update.
    Also generating 2 codes (one at processing and one at complete) neither working.

    I can confirm 2 codes were generated for me, too.

    Hi guys,

    I can confirm that coupon code was and is enabled in WordPress. I’ve also disabled other plugins but so far no luck. Any other suggestions?

    @yithemes Are you guys looking into this? Seems to be a critical issue.

    I’m having the same problem with version 1.2.5. The funds won’t apply to the products in a cart at checkout.

    I have the same issue on my website : madameparis.fr
    I can buy gift card, if I pass the order statut in “completed” it’s ok, I recieve an email with the coupon code / gift card code. But if I try to use it on my cart, it doesn’t work. I can apply it but no reduction…

    Can you help me to fix this problem please ?

    I use the latest version of WooCommerce, WordPress and your extension.
