apply ajax=true to accordions

I am using your collapse-o-matic plugin to contain forms https://ohiocitizen.org/donate-to-ohio-citizen-action/
They work fine except if a user makes an error in filling out the form and they hit “donate” the page refreshes and the user is unaware that there is a mistake because the accordion automatically goes back to its original collapsed state.
The form plugin developer, Gravity Forms suggested an ajax=true call but I have no idea where it should be placed. Can you assist in this problem?
