Hi,
There’s a small issue on my site with the cart page. The “Apply coupon” button isn’t working correctly. When we click on the button, it reloads the entire page even though the input field is empty, and it doesn’t show the prompt to “Please enter a coupon code.” However, the issue only occurs for logged-out users; it works properly on the Admin side.

It looks like you are experiencing an issue on the Checkout page, where clicking on “Apply Coupon” with an empty input field, results in the page refreshing, correct?

Has this been an ongoing issue or one that recently surfaced? If the latter, do you recall any changes/updates made to the site before this issue popped up?

I have gone to your site and see what you mean. When clicking on “Apply Coupon” with an empty input field, the entire page is refreshed, and the expected notice is not displayed.

Checking further, this is not something I am able to replicate on my test site, as following the steps above as a logged-out user results in this being displayed:

It’s possible that this may be the cause of a plugin/theme conflict however before moving on to a full conflict test, I’d like to take a closer look at your sites current environment.

Please can you share a copy of you sites System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce → Status.

Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.

While I am able to replicate this on your sites Cart page, this is still not something I am able to reproduce on my test site, as the “Apply Coupon” button is greyed out and there is an icon on hover that indicates clicking is prevented unless a code is added to the coupon input field:

Please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment?

I am able to see that your current theme has an update available. There are also a number of outdated templates. Can you see if updating your current theme and templates resolves the issue?

If the issue is still present, I’d suggest a full conflict test at this point to see if any theme/plugin conflict is causing this behavior.
