Apply Coupon not working on Cart

Can anyone help me with a coupon problem?
When my customers apply a coupon code and click the “Apply Discount” button on the Cart of my website nothing happens. No code is applied and no error message is shown. So they always send me a message like “hey the coupon you gave me is not working, are you trying to trick me?” or something like that.
Luckily since there is the possibility to allow it on the Checkout, I can send them there. So if they go to the Checkout page and apply the code there, everything is fine and applied correctly. But since this page is shown after the cart, they never know until I tell them to go there.
Here is the link to test: https://banilla.com.br/ – just need to add anything on the cart and use the code “test”, it should apply a R$1,00 to the cart (the currency of my country). But nohting will happen unless you apply it on the checkout page by clicking “Finalizar Compra” and then “Do you have a coupon or a gift card?” to apply the coupon.
