Apply COUPON wont work on checkout page

    Hi,

    First i want to congratulate for such a nice plugin, I have tested this plugin but in the checkout page the “Apply Coupon” wont work the coupon was not added in the card subtotal, But in other pages like Myaccount and checkout everything is working perfectly..
