Apply different discounts for every product

You can’t do coupons for 2nd purchase only with just WooCommerce. It looks like this plugin will do what you need, though: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wc-next-order-discount/

I have tried this plugin . But the discount was not applied for the second purchase.
Is this plugin will send coupon code to the customer after purchase ?
