Apply discount to all products

Yes – I’m looking for the same thing ?? Just a global setting – so if someone buys a certain amount (quantity or dollar) within the site, they get the discount?

Yeah, if my customer wants 3 apples and 2 oranges, they should get the 5 item discount, not a 3 item discount and 2 item discount. an OPTION for this would be rocket science by comparison.

No, the global setting for discount is NOT implemented.
If you sell oranges et apple,
If you set a discount for 2 products, buyer must choose 2 oranges or 2 apples to get discount.
If buyer choose 1 orange and 1 apple, there is no discount.

Hi, I also need this functionality, If I sell 2 apples and 3 oranges I need a 50% discount on the subtotal as the total number of items is = 5.

Does anyone have a fix for this? Has anyone managed to successfully change the script to get this to work? Is it possible to change the script?

Another option would be to apply the bulk discount to specific Categories, that would be nice and clean but I understand it could be tiresome to code.
