    Hello

    Well firs thank you for this awesome plugin

    I have a question about the apply form.
    I need to add one field to this form, is there any way to modify this form??

    I was looking into the code but I ca?t find the form, please help me.

    Hi @carlos7777

    Under settings, theres “Apply modal” tab. With adding fields there you can replace the default form, and add as much fields as you need.
