Apply global rates discounts

    Is there a way to discount the account rates globally? For example if my live rate is $10 for a particular package, I’d like to apply a 20% discount across the board (or per shipping zone perhaps) to my rate so that it only charges $8 to the customer… possible?

    Hi @darkmatter661,

    Yes, it is possible to configure the shipping live rates to work this way, however, the Handling Fees feature, which with negative value can be also used to apply the discounts, is available only in the FedEx WooCommerce Live Rates PRO version. Unfortunately, this forum is dedicated only to its free version and according to the www.ads-software.com ToS we are not supposed to discuss about the PRO features here.
