Apply Hebrew Translation

Please provide us .po and.mo files of translation in our internal support.

We will improve support of RTL languages. I will inform you about the update.

You probably should load rtl css file to override some css rules to make a better experience for RTL languages users when RTL detected using is_rtl().

I’ve translated 100% (217 out of 217 strings) so maybe adding more translatable strings would be a good idea.
