• Hello, great plugin! However I have two issues… I need help as my subscription is running out:

1.) The scheduler is broken on my wordpress site. The test run works and says it imports a number of jobs. When I do a manual import jobs it works as well. But when I go to do the actual run it automatically comes back with no new jobs found. I dont understand it. I hit “run” and I also schedule the runs, but they fail.

2.) This feature for the Apply Now link/button when it opens up a form for WP Job Manager, it isnt grabbing the correct email of the job provider. You stated that the job provider email isnt scraped, which is a big problem since the resume manager and the apply form is 90% WP Job Manager functionality, without it, its just job data thats been scraped and posted, but not integrated with WP Job Manager. Basically The person has to go thru 2 sites just to get to the apply button–this is very bad for them and I’m worried about future bad user experience.

I also emailed this question 3 days ago no response. Please get back to me with this as my time is running out for this months subscription.

@altf4ns glad you’re finding the plugin useful.

1.) When you hit ‘Test’ what values show up on the log table? If you hit ‘Run’ immediately after, do you get ‘No results’?

2.) RSS feeds do not provide the job’s email application. That info is private. Thats why ‘Go Fetch Jobs’ uses the alternative application method provided by WPJM, which is, application by URL. Each imported job application URL is filled with the job external link. I agree its cumbersome for users but thats the only possible way for imported jobs. If email’s are not provided in feeds the plugin has no way to fill the application email.

Note: I’ve been replying to all your emails on time. Please check your spam folder
