Apply Now Popup Issues

    I am using our internal development server so this is not visible online just yet. However I have created a Youtube video to make the issue more clear:

    There are variety of issues with that popup Apply Now window including
    * Goes behind our theme heading.
    * * Recommend the popup container be made position absolute and full width with some opacity while the ‘form’ itself could be centered over that and sized as appropriate for the browser window.
    * The ‘Cover Letter’ textarea is quite small. Would be better to fill the remaining area available
