If I am on this page:

https://p57220-626-9831.s626.upress.link/categories/?wpce_search=11524&post_type=product

You see a parameter in URL called ‘wpce_search’ and based on this, it extends current tax_query so it shows results based on that parameter ‘wpce_search’ only. Now after I am on above URL and clicking on any attribute from your filter in left sidebar, it ignores ‘wpce_search’ based tax_query completely and does a complete new search which is only based on your plugin based attributes. How can I keep both filters to work at the same time while parameters from both plugins in URL. Does your plugin empty tax_query completely before adding new filters to it?

Please install Query Monitor or some other plugin like this. Check the SQL queries on that page when both wpce_search and our filters are in the link. Maybe you will see what is missing.

Sorry but we would not purchase the plugin with 20 sales to test with. Did you try some other filter plugins? Most of the filter plugins are done in a different way so maybe some will work out of the box as you need.
