APPLY POINTS Button Not Showing Up

  • Reaching out to the developer to see if I get a response. Why does your plugin have issues with larger stores? I have a customer that has -26 points. That’s negative 26 points. How is this possible? I have it set up correctly and it works for the most part, But then I get bugs like a customer have negative points, and the APPLY POINTS Button not appearing at checkout. Also sometimes, the points are not rewarded to the customer during a purchase. Is there an update? Is there a known way to fix this?
