Apply Settings to the Entire Network – Missing?

  • I just upgraded to the latest version of W3TC and am a bit confused,

    The first thing I noticed was that all of my settings disappeared, and there were several new options. Then, I realized that there is no more “Apply the settings above to the entire network.” on the Network Settings page. It seems that all options are automatically applied across each site. Is this an error? If not, how does one use W3TC CDN option with a multisite in which you want to have a different distribution for each mapped domain site in the network?
