Apply taxes based in weight

  • Hi! I need to apply to most of my products in my website a plastic tax of ￡0.2 per 1 kilo. Obviously, the tax depends of the weight and ONLY to products made by plastic. I also have on the site, some products made by paper which are exempt of this tax. I would need help with several questions:
    1. How do I link the weight to the tax
    2. How do I exclude some products of this rule

    Is there a plugin that will work here?
    I’ve tried Woocommerce extra fees plugin and it doesn’t work (at least as far as I could find out).
