Apply to users instead

The way posts work, you would have to build a custom page template for the authors. I’m assuming you want to show a list of “members” with sticky members on top. The only way to access how the content of the authors page is displayed is by changing the template file:

The sticky option in the database is only in the posts table, not the useres table. It would require quite a but of programming to make all that come together.
