Apply with LinkedIn button not displaying

I have followed the documentation, purchased the plugin, created API keys and secrets, but the button is not displaying on my job pages listing.

Here’s a test job description from the XML import for you to check out: https://intelligentdw.com/chh/job/communication-designer/. I’m assuming it should have Apply with Linkedin button near the Apply button (which is also not emailing, but I’m emailing gravity forms about that).
