Applying multiple product and quantity coupons

Before I buy a specialised discount plugin, can anyone confirm that the following coupons can not be created in Woocommerce alone.

Say there are 3 products, A, B and C.

Coupon 1 – Multi Purchase:

Apply a fixed price discount for purchasing 3 or more different products, e.g, A + B + C. If I create a coupon to do this it applies it to quantity also, so 2 of A + 1 of B applies a discount, which is not what we want.

Coupon 2 – Quantity discount:

Apply a fixed price discount for purchasing 2 or more of the same product, e.g, 2 of A, or 2 of B. Again, if I create a coupon to do this it applies it to 2 or more different products, so 1 of A + 1 of B applies a discount, again, not what we want.

(I can see that coupon 2 could possibly be solved by creating a separate coupon for every single product…). Any thoughts, much appreciated, Andy
