Applying the font

We have the theme Soledad https://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-travel/
We used your plugin to connect the Adobe iD kit.
It worked and recognized it.However, we don’t see it on the front-end.
Do we need to do a custom CSS?Many thanks in advance.
