Applywith Indeed Application Error

    Hi Guys

    Not sure if this is the right place but I am now beyond desperate.

    I have installed the WP Job Manager – ApplyWith LinkedIn or Indeed plugin on a client site. If you apply for a job (Indeed apply) and attach your CV as a pdf then great it opens fine. If you attach your CV as a word doc (as most are) it will not open the CV in either the admin section or via the email which is sent to you for the application. You simply get this error when clicking on the CV application link: this PDF document might not be displayed correctly.

    I assume this has something to do with the plugin not converting the document to a PDF but trying to open it as a PDF? Any ideas on how to fix this because despite trying to liaise with the developer for over a month I am getting no where and my client (rightly so) is getting frustrated that they cant use a plugin which they paid for.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi @deegranger have you tried switching your theme and deactivating your plugins. Sometimes things like this are caused by incompatibilities. Give that a try and if it’s not working we can suggest some next steps.
