Appointment dates not appearing in confirmation email

    Hi there,

    first of all thnx for this beautiful plugin! I’m using it for a client of mine and everything works like a charm. The only weird thing is when you book an appointment sometimes the dates is send in the confirmation and sometimes it is not. Could it have something to do with the alternate Date notation perhaps? (I’m using dd/mm/yyyy)

    All information is sent using only:

    <%INFO%>

    Hi,

    That happens because some users are submitting the booking form without selecting a date. To avoid this, in the form builder mark the calendar field as “required”.

    Hi, thnx for the quick reply! Well actually that’s not the case: it happens also when I select a date. Although it seems to only happen in Plain Text mode, in HTML mode the date is sent. Maybe this helps? thnx!
