Appointment Duration change

We had our appointments setup to last 30 minutes. The demand for appointments was huge, we reduced the appointment time to 15 minutes. We had everything booked with 30 minutes appointments until july 22nd, so now that we setup the appointment time to 15 minutes we thought more time slots were going to be available starting now but that didn’t happen, it still shows that everything is booked until july 22nd. How can I fix this?
