Appointment Notification not received

Hi, I am having difficulty in these areas: (log file)
[March 5, 2019 1:27 am] Unable to notify the client about the appointment ID: 63 confirmation, stopping.
[March 5, 2019 1:44 am] Unable to notify the client about the appointment ID: 74 removal, stopping.
[March 5, 2019 1:44 am] Unable to notify the client about the appointment ID: 74 confirmation, stopping.
[March 5, 2019 12:07 pm] Unable to send client reminder about the appointment ID: 72.
[March 5, 2019 1:48 pm] Unable to send client reminder about the appointment ID: 70.I’m not getting any new appointments through admin email. I’ve turned on “send confirmation email” in settings but nothing works. From above log information, my clients are not getting reminders either. I have the both the latest version of wordpress and appointments plugin.
Please tell me what is going wrong. I used to get email notifications from new appointments but now, not anymore.
Also, another issue I am facing is my clients cannot book an appointment through their mobile phone. As you can see the link I attached, it is only optimized for computers but not on the mobile phone, as soon as the timing options pops up to the right of the calendar, the timing options is not visible.
