    Hi, I am having difficulty in these areas: (log file)

    [March 5, 2019 1:27 am] Unable to notify the client about the appointment ID: 63 confirmation, stopping.
    [March 5, 2019 1:44 am] Unable to notify the client about the appointment ID: 74 removal, stopping.
    [March 5, 2019 1:44 am] Unable to notify the client about the appointment ID: 74 confirmation, stopping.
    [March 5, 2019 12:07 pm] Unable to send client reminder about the appointment ID: 72.
    [March 5, 2019 1:48 pm] Unable to send client reminder about the appointment ID: 70.

    I’m not getting any new appointments through admin email. I’ve turned on “send confirmation email” in settings but nothing works. From above log information, my clients are not getting reminders either. I have the both the latest version of wordpress and appointments plugin.

    Please tell me what is going wrong. I used to get email notifications from new appointments but now, not anymore.

    Also, another issue I am facing is my clients cannot book an appointment through their mobile phone. As you can see the link I attached, it is only optimized for computers but not on the mobile phone, as soon as the timing options pops up to the right of the calendar, the timing options is not visible.

    Please export your site’s settings by entering the following URL to your domain:
    wp-admin/admin.php?page=app_import_export_settings

    Upload plugin’s settings to a Google Drive or a DropBox file and please share a download link with us.

    As for the responsive part, I think this is happening due to the active theme so you will have to reach their support about it.
